Joan specializes in privacy for tech companies and startups. A recognized specialist in cloud computing and SAAS as well as privacy law, Joan has worked with the American Bar Association in developing databases of privacy laws and best practices for legal professionals. Joan's experience ranges from serving as a CTO, CMO, COO, and CEO at both private and public companies. She received her BSEE from Yale University, her MSEE fro Stanford University, her MBA from UC Berkeley, and her JD from Santa Clara University. Joan is licensed to practice law in California.

Lauren specializes in privacy program management, training and process development. Lauren spent 10 years in K-12 education as a teacher and administrator. Her undergraduate degree is in US government from Harvard College. She holds Master's degrees in History from Yale University and English from Middlebury College, and an M.Ed in Education Leadership from Columbia University.
